Privacy & Website Tracking Notice
Last updated: 4 October 2026
Karisma International uses technical and usage information to operate this website, protect it from abuse, understand traffic, improve content and measure marketing performance. By continuing to use the website, you acknowledge this notice and the website Terms of Use. Where applicable law requires separate consent for a particular optional advertising or tracking technology, that consent must be obtained separately.
Information we collect
When you visit the website, our systems may record your IP address, connection IP, date and time, pages viewed, landing page, referral source, campaign parameters such as UTM tags, browser and operating system, device category, user-agent string, language, time zone, screen size and a first-party random visitor identifier. If you submit a form, create an account or place an order, we also process the information you intentionally provide for that purpose.
Why we use it
- website security, abuse detection, incident investigation and blocking malicious traffic;
- measuring visits, popular pages, live website activity and technical performance;
- understanding referral sources, campaigns and audience patterns so we can improve marketing and advertising decisions;
- improving products, content, navigation and the quotation experience;
- responding to enquiries and providing requested services.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses a first-party visitor identifier to distinguish repeat visits and maintain live traffic statistics. Google Analytics is also used for audience measurement and conversion reporting. Third-party services have their own processing and retention practices. If additional advertising or retargeting technologies are introduced, this notice and any required consent controls should be updated before they are activated.
Security log retention
The current first-party detailed visitor and security log is retained for up to 30 days. It is available only inside the restricted Karisma administration area to authorized management users. Aggregated statistics that no longer identify a specific visitor may be retained for longer.
Sharing
Visitor security logs are not published. Information may be processed by hosting, analytics, security and other service providers where necessary to operate the website or measure its performance. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect Karisma, its customers or the website from fraud, abuse or security threats.
Your rights
Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 on Protecting Personal Data Privacy provides rights concerning personal-data processing, including rights relating to notice, access, correction, objection, withdrawal of consent where applicable, and deletion in relevant circumstances. Requests concerning website data can be sent to order@ekarisma.com.
Advertising use
Traffic and campaign data may be used to understand which audiences and marketing sources perform best and to plan advertising. Raw visitor logs are not a substitute for a lawful advertising-consent mechanism where one is required by the visitor's jurisdiction or by an advertising platform.
If our tracking practices materially change, we will update this notice.
